Self catering holiday accommodation -
3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms in the main property sleep 10 persons.

A further 2 bedrooms (in Annex building by the pool), Sleep another 3 persons.

The whole property has a lovely, spacious well groomed garden highlighted with a fantastic swimming pool of 35X18 feet in dimensions- quite a large pool with large deck area, large space surrounding area, sun beds and barbeque section for dining by the pool with 3 large tables and chairs. There is a small kitchen with a fridge next to the pool area.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven/hob/microwave, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
At ground floor level there’s a shower & WC, 1st floor has 1 shower & WC, and 1 full bathroom.
There are 2 living areas with, with fireplace, seating for 5 to 6 persons in each living room.

In the living room there is an air condition.
The open plan living and dining rooms are furnished with sofas, armchairs and all you need.
For the winter time there is a fireplace at your disposal.
Furnishing, accessories and equipment at the house are a blend of both of old and new quality.

Annex Apartment

Annex building used only when more than 5 bedrooms are specifically required.
Annex building is separated from the main building, and is set in its own gardens, and has one double bedroom and a further single bedroom, kitchenette, and dining area, shower and WC.

The Villa is accessible through a little private like road accessed by only 3 other properties in the vicinity, the last part of the road is basically private to the villa itself leading to a spacious car park. The overall theme is a get away from it all in total privacy, in the summer months this property is most enjoyable even when you are a group of 13 persons, because you can always find a quiet spot around the property to enjoy for yourselves, whether it’s reading a book or lazing in the sun by the pool.
Getting around in Malta is best by car, so we highly recommend having a car whilst on holiday in Malta.
Check in is at 15.00p.m. And check out is at 10:00 am

Bed sheets and bath towels are provided.
You need to bring your own pool and beach towels

All amenities can be reached within 10 minutes.
A bus stop is about 10 minutes walk, but car hire is recommended for proper exploration and to drive freely on the island.
