It has a lounge/sitting/dining room with colour cable TV (local stations), radio/cassette player, and fully fitted kitchen - facilities include a microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, one bathroom, one shower room, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are as follows, 1 bedroom is with a double bed with bathroom ensuite and air-conditioned, 2 of the other bedrooms have twin beds, with air-condition. The living area is equipped with Sofas, TV, DVD, and Cable TV connection and with air-conditioned. There is a dining area in the kitchen as well as a separate dining room which leads to the living area.
