Introduction

This cosy Fully-detached bungalow enjoys a quiet position in the exclusive area of Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. It offers views of the Santa Maria Valley and Mellieha Bay in the distance.
NB: Local shops are situated 25 minutes walk uphill, whilst the nearby rocky beach is 20-minute walk, downhill.

Accommodation:

On entrance the bungalow leads on to the living area and dining room with a kitchen equipped for self catering. The pool deck enjoys lovely garden views with space for dining by the pool. There is also a BBQ for use by the pool. The three-bed roomed villa sleeps up to six persons. It has a lounge/sitting/dining room with colour cable TV (local stations), radio/cassette player, and fully fitted kitchen - facilities include a microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, one bathroom, one shower room, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Air-conditioning is available in all the bedrooms and living/dining room.

This exceptionally well located private owner�s holiday villa with swimming pool is located in the north part of Malta in the popular and tranquil Villa estate area of Santa Maria. The property has 3 bedrooms traditionally furnished and equipped for self catering villa holiday accommodation in Malta. Offering accommodation for 2 to 6 persons comfortably. The bedrooms are as follows, 1 bedroom is with a double bed with bathroom ensuite and air-conditioned, 2 of the other bedrooms have twin beds, with air-condition. The living area is equipped with Sofas, TV, DVD, and Cable TV connection and with air-conditioned. There is a dining area in the kitchen as well as a separate dining room which leads to the living area. The kitchen is equipped with self catering utensils, cooker oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. There are a total of 3 bathrooms either with bath or shower.

The pool deck has ample space for sunbathing, sun beds, parasol, with a swimming pool of

16X 24 feet in dimensions and sea views.

Prices for one extra guest is available on request.

Electricity for air-condition is not included in the price. It needs to pay extra for it.

Maid and linen service once weekly (for bookings of 10 nights or more)

In the north of Malta, there are a number of Sandy beaches around and easily accessible by car in 10 to 15 minutes drive

Bed Linen and Bathroom Towels are provided. You need to bring your own Pool and Beach towels.

Water and gas are free of charge. Electricity for air-condition are paid extra on arrival
