Situated in Mellieha and perched on the side of the Mellieha ridge.                                                                                Villa High Noon is the ideal place for those who require comfortable accommodation away                                          from the bustle generally associated with a major holiday resort.

The Villa is situated in the beautiful Santa Maria Estate valley; a quiet area only 5 minutes by walk from the               centre of the village where all kinds of shops, bars & restaurants are available to suit different tastes.

The villa is in two parts Upper and Lower each with its own facilities and privacy.                                                     The occupants of both parts of the Villa have exclusive use of the large well maintained swimming pool.                      Sun beds and parasols etc. are provided free of charge as are the separate barbecue facilities.

All rooms are well furnished and pleasing. The fitted kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and             cooking utensils. An electric iron and fan are also provided as is a weekly linen service. Each of the upper/lower         apartments consist of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-room and kitchen/dining.

Both the upper and lower apartments will take a maximum of six persons but arrangements can be made for            children and of course, if your party is large enough, why not take over the whole villa.

Here you will find a home from home. A place where you can do your own thing and have the holiday that                  you want without the discipline of set meal times and the frustration caused by others who have just occupied               the last available sun-bed by the poolside. Worried about getting it organized?? NO PROBLEM - All you need is to give us your flight number and leave               the rest to us. We will meet you at the airport (any time of day/night), take you to your accommodation where you       can find your pre-booked food-pack.We can also deliver your car to the accommodation. We can supply you with information/booking facilities for any services you should require such as daily tours, cruises, places of interest, water-sports, Scuba-diving courses, Adventure trips, Helicopter rides, Jeep safaris and anything else you can dream of!!
