Open plan fully equipped Kitchen/dining/living room with sofa (which can be open into a bed),
with air condition and open balcony.
It’s fully furnished with, micro wave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, ecc.
There is a Satellite T.V., Wireless internet and an Easy line card telephone
Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Fans are available.
The Bathroom is with solar system for hot water and there is an automatic washing machine.

There is a large terrace on the 3^rd floor which you can use and is shared with other apartment.

The Apartment is in Alfonsu Str road away from the police station area.
A mini Market is at the corner of the block of the apartments.
The bus stop is opposite the apartment.
Its 8 minutes walk to the front promenade for shopping, you can have nice walks, nice restaurants to eat and drink.
Its 8 min walk to the sea, where you can have a swim.
It’s a 8 min walk to the Independence Garden, where you can rest, read, and chat, and there
are swings for children.
Then its 30 minutes walk to Paceville St, Julian’s where Restaurants, Bars and Disco will stay open till early mornings.                                              

                    

You will have 30 units free of electricity. When you exceed it you need to pay 30c per unit.

Electricity will exceed when using air condition

Water and gas are included in the price.

Wireless internet is available on request. It's €10 for 1 week 

Breakage Deposit of € 200 must be paid before entering the apartment.

The breakage deposit will be given back before you leave the apartment when returning the key

 and if damage had not been done to the apartment and returning it clean as you find it.
