Introduction

This cosy semi-detached bungalow enjoys a quiet position in the exclusive area of Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. It offers views of the Santa Maria Valley and Mellieha Bay in the distance.
NB: Local shops are situated 20 minutes walk uphill, whilst the nearby rocky beach is 20-minute walk, downhill.

Accommodation:

On entrance the villa leads on to the living area and dining room with a kitchen equipped for self catering. The pool deck enjoys lovely garden views with space for dining by the pool. There is also a BBQ for use by the pool. The three-bed roomed villa sleeps up to six persons. It has a lounge/sitting/dining room with colour cable TV (local stations), radio/cassette player, and fully fitted kitchen - facilities include a microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, one bathroom, one shower room, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Air-conditioning is available in all the bedrooms and living/dining room.

Independent flat let in the property has a double bed and a twin bed room with NO air-conditioning but has fans. Can sleep another 4 persons.

Accessories:

Bed Linen and Bathroom Towels are provided. You need to bring your own Pool and Beach towels. Water and gas are free of charge. Electricity for air-condition are paid extra on arrival
