The apartment is with a fantastic Unobstructed Sea View.
Minutes away from the largest Sandy Beach, that there is on the Island, Ghadira Bay.
There are restaurants, cafes and water sports along the beach. There are restaurants with live music in the evening and it’s great to walk by the sea side.
The location can only speak for itself being the Malta’s biggest sandy beach and surrounded by the unique history this destination offers.
Mellieha village is around 20 minutes walk to the main church from the apartment.

Public transport is available right outside giving access to the rest of the island.

The apartment is on the 2^nd floor. It is severed with a lift.

When you enter the apartment you enter into an open plan kitchen/dining/living room.
There’s a fantastic peacefully sea view from the sitting room.
One can relax is the evening with the breeze coming from the front balcony from over the sea.

There are 3 bedrooms - 2 Bedrooms are with double bed.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower.
The 3^rd bedroom is with 2 single beds.
Next to the bedroom there’s a full bathroom.
There’s a laundry room with an automatic washing machine, iron and iron board.
Fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, build in fridge/freezer, electric over and hob, dish washer, eclectic kettle, toaster, cutlery and pans, ecc.

Ceiling Fans are available in every room.

Towels and bed linen are available free of charge.

You need to bring your own beach towels.

Prices are for 1 week for 6 persons. Extra person at € 15 daily

You will have 60 units free of electricity every week.
If you exceed these units of electricity you must pay 25c per unit.

We need 35% for the deposit by bank transfer. Balance can be paid cash on arrival.
