Notes to the rental rates (Short Let)

Rental includes utilities including gas, radio, CD, DVD, cable/satellite TVs, dream box, 24 hour FREE internet (wireless), etc.

The weekly change of linen and towels (for leases of 2 weeks or less) – for longer leases of more then 2 weeks (2 sets of linen and towels will be provided on arrival date and these can be cleaned in total comfort with the washing machine available in the apartment).

Water and electricity are not included in the price - normal consumption €2 - €3 Euro daily (this is a safeguard so that clients do not leave the A/C units ON all day and that the water & electricity are not used unnecessarily).

Telephone (user prepaid card).

We can also arrange any other services you might require including: transfers, car hire, a food pack to find on arrival, cleaning services, English Language tuition, nanny services, etc.

35% deposit is required on confirmation of booking.
Balance of the total rent is to be paid by not later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

A credit card imprint or REFUNDABLE holding deposit of €500 is payable on arrival (to cover payments for water and electricity consumption and any damage that might be caused to the property, furniture & furnishings)
