The Bungalow is located in Mellieha.
Malta's biggest Sandy Beach - Ghadira Bay is 3 minutes away by car or 8 minutes by bus.

Bus stop is 2 minutes away from the bungalow

The centre of Mellieha is just a 10-minute walk away where one can find restaurants, shops and more.

Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is ideal for families or friends since it is capable of sleeping up to 8 persons who want to spend a relaxing but unique holiday.

Spend a day relaxing by the Pool which is totally private, sip some wine whilst enjoying Sunset, enjoy a Bar-be-que with your friends, or simply read a book under the Maltese Winter Sun.... all year-round.

In the villa there are 3 dounble bedrooms all with A/C.
There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room, one of them with ensuite and T.V.
For the 7th and 8th persons there will be extra 2 beds.

Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Area, Sitting Room with T.V. Garden+BBQ, Washing Machine, Cable TV and Wireless Internet Wi-Fi

Towels and bed linen are provided. You need to bring your own beach towels.

Gas and water are included in the price.

Fans are available in every room.

A cleaner is provided to change sheets in the middle of your stay when you are staying more than 1 week

Car Rental, taxi transfers, excursions and any other services can be arranged as well.

We need 35% for the deposit by bank transfer. Balance can be paid cash on arrival.

Electricity: - you have 200 units free. Extra units will be 25c per unit
It will exceed if you use the air condition.

Breakage Deposit:-
There is � 200 breakage deposit which must be paid when entering the Villa.
This will be given back to you before you leave the Villa if not damage had not been done and you leave it clean as you had found it.
For the 8th and 9th person there is a charge of �20 per person per night
