Large sun deck area, ample space for entertaining having a surrounding garden.

Its 600 meters away from the main square, shops and restaurants.

A market is 8 minutes drive from the villa.

Ghadira bay is 8 minutes drive from the Villa.

When you enter the villa there is a welcoming entrance hall.
On the right side there is a bedroom with an air condition. A guest toilet with shower.
Then you come to the dining area which leads to an open terrace with fantastic sea/country/village views.
On the left hand side a fully equipped fitted kitchen.
On the right hand side there is the living room with satellite T.V. leading to a terrace overlooking the pool and enjoying fantastic views. There is an air condition in each room.

Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with an automatic washing machine.
These rooms are on the ground floor level.

On the -1 floor level there are the other 4 double bedrooms, all with Air conditions.
2 of the double bedroom are with en-suite shower and A/C and leads to the pool area.
Then there is another 2 toilets with showers.

The pool is 10 meters by 4 meters and 13/4 deep.
Please take care when you are swimming in the pool. No diving.
On the deck area there are 8 sun beds a bar-be-que, and table with chairs and umbrella.
There is also a spare toilet with a shower next to the pool.

Towels and bed linen are provided. You need to bring your own beach towels.

Gas and water are free of charge.

Electricity you will have 200 units for 1 week. Extra unit is at a cost of 25c per unit.

Electricity will exceed if you use the air condition.

We need 35% for the deposit by bank transfer. Balance can be paid cash on arrival.

Prices are for 8 persons For the 9^th and 10^th person add � 25 per person per night.

There is � 450 breakage deposit which must be paid when entering the Villa.

This will be given back to you before you leave the Villa if not damage had not been done

and you leave it clean as you had find it.

Car is recommended.

Car hire is available on request. Transport from airport to the Villa is available on request
