High Class Fully Detached Villa Situated in St. Maria Estate perched on high grounds and overlooking the whole valley whilst enjoying superb sea views from living areas adjoining large terrace. Large sun deck area, ample space for entertaining having a surrounding garden.

Its 500 meters away from the main square, shops and restaurants. A market is 5 minutes away from the villa. When you enter the villa there is a welcoming; entrance hall. On the right side there is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower. A guest toilet with shower. Then the second double bedroom. Next a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining room, leading to a conservatory room with fantastic sea/country/village views. On the left side a large living room with real fire place with cable T.V. leading to a terrace overlooking the pool and enjoying fantastic views. These are on the ground floor level.

On the -1 level there are the other 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air condition, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite shower and another bedroom with 2 single bedroom. There is a living area with air condition which leads to the pool and to deck area.

The pool is 10 meters by 4 meters and 13/4 deep.

Please take care  when you are swimming in the pool. No diving.

On the deck are a there are 8 sun beds a bar-be-que, and table with chairs. There is also a spare toilet with shower.

Bed sheets and towels are available. You need to bring your own beach towels.

A cleaner is provided to change sheets if you are staying more than 1 week

One can also go to Ghadira Bay, which is the largest Sandy beach on the island within 5 min drive.

There are 3 double bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are with en-suite.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and with en-suite shower. There are another 2 spare toilet with showers.                    

In the living room we have a double sofa bed.
