Dar Il-Bebbux - Xaghra - Gozo Sleep 8 persons

The converted Farmhouse is located in Xaghra in the Island of Gozo sister of Malta, with authentic features and lots of character, enjoying sea views and fantastic country views. The building of the Farm House is around 400 years old but the pool and pool area had been modernized. The Farm House is named “Dar Il-Bebbux” (The House of the Snail) and it’s not far from the main square and the church. When you enter the main door you go into an open terrace which leads to the bedrooms upstairs. And then from the other end you go to the ground floor. Then you enter into a hall. On the left side there is the sitting room with cable T.V., telephone and a stereo to hear some music, and then you go into the 4th bedroom. On the right side you have a dining room and a living area. Then you go into a fully equipped kitchen with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, micro wave oven, toaster, electric kettle and larder room. The back door of the kitchen leads you to the deck area and to the swimming pool. There is a nice deck area and BBQ area, with a private swimming pool and landscaped garden, with shower room. There is an open stairs which leads you to the open terrace and to the roof. One can see the beautiful sunset and country views, the sea views, wind mills and the small villages that are around Xaghra.

The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, main Bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large terrace leading to the pool, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds with open balcony overlooking the pool area. On the ground floor there is the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 showers with toilets. In the farmhouse you can sleep up to 8 persons. Towels and bed linen are provided a maid service is provided weekly for booking of more than 1 week, to change the bed linen, and clean the bathrooms. The prices includes water & electricity charges

The pool is 9metres X 4.5metres the largest depth is 1.8 metres. This ends up in a shallow end where you can stand leading to the steps.
