Balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.

 

Cancellation Fees:

More than 56 days before arrival 40% of total or deposit

55 to 43 days before arrival 50% of total

42 to 36 days before arrival 75% of total

35 to 22 days before arrival 90% of total

21 days before arrival or later 100% of total

No show 100% of total

Time of cancellation shall be taken as the date written/email notification is received.
