TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client agrees to hire the vehicle described overleaf subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The vehicle will not be used

i. by any person other than the hirer who signed the Rental Agreement or who has been nominated; additional driver by the hirer on the Rental Agreement;

ii. by any person not in possession of a current valid driving license, free from endorsement;

iii. by any person under the age of 25 (twenty five) years;

iv. by any person who has, within the past five years, been convicted of any offence

connection with a motor vehicle with the exception of parking offences; or by any person

for whom an insurance company has declined to accept, or refused to renew insurance

in his name or imposed special conditions or required an increased premium in

connection with motor insurance;

v. by any person who suffers from any physical infirmity or defective vision or hearing.

2. Personal belongings are not covered by this policy.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE NOT LEFT VISIBLE VISIBLE IN UNATTENDED VEHICLES. THE VEHICLE SHOULD BE KEPT LOCKED AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT IN USE.

3. Any extension to the duration of hire of the vehicle must be notified to the company immediately and personally. Failure to do so means that the driver is driving the vehicle without proper

insurance cover.

4. FINES INCURRED FOR TRAFFIC OFFENCES ARE PAYABLE BY THE HIRER. Damage up

to €232.94 (insurance excess) and fines for traffic offences will be charged to your credit card

unless the fines are paid by you. Excess can be waived as follows

a Groups A and B @ €3.50 daily, minimum €25.00 Other Groups @ €4.75 daily, minimum €33.25

5. At the airport, the vehicle should be parked in the Car Hire Parking Area and not out side or

near the Terminal Building. Keys to be deposited in the key deposit box in the Departures

Lounge. Delivery and collection charges €7 each way between 19.00 and 07.00 the charge is

€ 12.00 each way and delivery to Gozo is €35 each way.

6. An additional charge of €2.5 per day for any additional driver

7. In case of any accidenbsp; THE VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE MOVED UNTIL THE

POLICE/WARDENS ARE AT THE SCENE and the company should be notified immediately.

NEVER ADMIT LIABILITY. In the case of front to rear collision, a form is provided in the

vehicle and must be filled up and signed by both parties.

      8.   Cars are delivered with FULL TANK PETROL. IF NOT RETURNED FULL, THE
            DIFFERENCE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, together with a service
            charge of €5.00.

9. The company reserves the right to terminate the hire should the hirer:

i. be careless with the vehicle or reckless with his driving, or

Fail to abide with any of the above terms and conditions.

10. THE COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE TO TYRES, WHEELS

KERBED BY THE HIRER OR ANY DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE.

11. CARS ARE COVERED WITH 24 HOUR BREAKDOWN SERVICE. FOR ASSISTANCE

12. As of May 2007, cars entering into Valletta are charged at the following rates:

        Monday to Friday (08.00 to 18.00)
        Saturday (08.00 to 13.00)
        First half hour – free of charge
        Next half hour – €0.82
        Every hour or part thereof – €0.82
        Maximum daily charge – €6.52
        Other hours – Free of charge
        Sundays and Public Holidays – Free of charge

        For the purpose, a credit card is a must to rent a car.
        We receive a report showing all cars entering Valletta and the charge per car.
        Your card will be charged accordingly.

               Petrol Stations are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
               On weekdays and Saturdays, they are open between 7.00am to 18.00pm
                  Automatic pumps are available. Credit cards are not accepted at petrol stations.

GPS are available at € 4.75 daily
