The apartment is centrally located in the centre of Gzira. Everything such as convenience shops, coffee shops, and even restaurants are within walking distance.
Perfect and central place to be. Sliema is always very close at around 5 minutes by walk, from which the ferry to Valetta can be taken.

All bars, convenience stores and supermarkets are within walking distance from the apartment.

A breakage Deposit of € 300 must be paid when you arrive at the property.
The breakage deposit will be given back when returning the keys and leave it clean as you found it.
 

Eco Contribution Tax 
We need to collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
