Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, and the most picturesque beach on the island, Paradise Bay are 15 min by car. 

Beaches are very close with on-site facilities including snack bars and cafes as well as water sports to hire to indulge in some water fun.  you can hire a pedal boat, try parasailing, snorkelling or swim out in the stunning Mediterranean Sea.
 
When the heat is stifling, a day at the Splash and Fun water park includes a lazy river, Super Bowl, high-tide wave pool, animation programs and fun-filled family slides. 

The bus stop is 8 minutes walk away from the villa. 
The bus goes to the terminus in Mellieha and continues to Valletta.
Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance from the bus terminus.
From the bus terminus, you can get other buses to different places.

  Those who book for 2 nights or more will have 20 units per day including in the price.
  Extra units on consumption at 35c per 1 unit.

• Electricity and water for a 1-month stay
  Those who book with the special price for 1 month and more, need to pay for electricity and water on consumption.
  We take the readings from the government meter.

Eco Contribution Tax:  
We need to collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
For 1 week's stay, it will be € 3.50 per person.
