 The Apartment is an 8-minute walk to Sandy Beach - Balluta Bay, Rocky Beach, English Schools, Private Capua Hospital, bars, restaurants, cafes ecc.

It’s an 8-minute walk to the Independence Garden. You can have nice long walks along the sea. You can watch the sunset. There are also swings and a playing area for the children. 

It's 15-minute walk to St Julian's. You can go by bus to Paceville, Casino, Portomaso, Tigne Point and to the largest Sandy beach in St George's Bay.
 

Sliema Promenade
Chill at one of the many cafes, or take a stroll along this broad seafront promenade that links the bustling shopping centre of Sliema, to the cosmopolitan nightlife of St Julian's.

Those who book the apartment with a special price for a long let must pay for electricity and water consumption. A breakage deposit of €200 must be paid.

Eco Contribution Tax

We need to collect 50c per person per night up to € 5 per person over 18 years.
This must be paid when you will arrive at the property.
For 1 week's stay, it will be € 3.50 per person.
